Level 4 Counselling learners on using XDAs - Interview 3
This is an over 19 group, some of whom have little experience of IT. Others in the group have worked as PAs and have to make an adjustment to the smaller screen and keyboard size. They have communicated via a forum on Moodle and have had Skype installed for calls and instant messaging. This is the third of 3 interviews.
